(6) Replacing the vibrating unit - To be conducted by a technician only -

To protect the service staff and other people from electric shock, accident and
injury and to prevent damage to the electric circuitry of the machine, be sure
to turn off the power switch before initiating the described task.

To prevent damage to electrical circuits due to incorrect connector connection,
check the direction and shape of the connector carefully when connecting.
Turn off the power switch.
Dismount gun cover AR. (See P. 100 “8-3-4 (3) Replacing gun cover A.”)
Disconnect the connector and ground terminal, remove the two button-head bolts
(M4 x 8), then dismount gun cover BL. (See P. 99 “8-3-4 (2) Replacing the gun cover
B .)
Remove the two button-head bolts (M4 x 8) from gun cover AL and dismount the
vibrating unit.

Be sure to conduct an operation check after replacing the solenoid.
(See P. 55 "7-4-4 (d) SOLENOID TEST.")
