Observed Symptom:
No Fluid is Dispensed
Interpretation:
Fluid will not fl ow from from a dis-
pense point after job authorization.
Step 1:
Complete procedure “Troubleshoot-
ing Dispense Quantity Errors”,
[Pro-
cedure RP17, page 65].
Observed Symptom:
No Console Display
Interpretation:
Console display is blank at power-up
or during operations.
Step 1:
Check all power connections to
confirm the console is receiving
power. Cycle console power switch
OFF/ON.
Step 2:
If problem is not corrected, replace
console per Procedure, “Replace
Model 3110-006 Queuing Console”,
[Procedure RP1, page 57].
Observed Symptom:
Incorrect Amount of Fluid is Dis-
pensed
Interpretation:
An incorrect amount of fl uid is dis-
pensed when a job is authorized.
Step 1:

Observed Symptom:
Runaway Dispense Job
Interpretation:
An authorized dispense job contin-
ues to run without automatic shutoff.
At the console, the amount dis-
pensed shows zero, even though
substantial fl uid has been pumped.
