Basic Procedure
BP3: Job Status Review

Begin with the program at home posi-
tion: “SPECTRUM 100, BUSY (or IDLE)”.
Press the “STATUS” key to observe the status
of all current dispense jobs.

The next display shows status details for
dispense jobs. The fi rst line shows the
fl uid type and job number. The second line
shows a queue indicator (Q01234), in which
the highlighted queue item is the displayed
job.
For example, Q0 highlighted means the
current active job is displayed, Q2 highlighted
means the second job in queue is displayed,
etc.
The second line also shows the job sta-
tion number, amount authorized and amount
dispensed. Scroll to observe information for
the other jobs currently in queue.
Generally, if
Job 00000 is displayed, then no job is loaded
into the displayed historical queue position.

If you scroll left instead of right from Q0,
the display will allow review of
job his-
tory data
(completed jobs), designated by
the label P(“xx”) on the second line, where
“xx” is a value which varies between “00”
and “15”. The fi rst left-scroll item is the most
recently completed dispense job. Continu-
ing to scroll left allows viewing of 15 more
job history records, progressing in historical
order. The 17th left-scroll returns the display
to the most recent completed job.

After all jobs have been reviewed for the
selected fl uid, press “NEW” to return to
“SPECTRUM 100, IDLE”. Repeat the pro-
cedure for review of another fl uid type, if
needed.

The prompt will ask “FLUID TYPE: ?”.
Select the fl uid to be reviewed by using
one of the four fl uid selector keys on the con-
sole. After selection, the fl uid type (such as
“5W20”) will appear on line 2. You can still
edit the selection by pressing another fl uid
key. Then press “ENTER” to continue.
