BP6: Tank Refi lling

The display will ask for confi rmation of
the amount. Select yes/no, then press
“ENTER”: to respond. After confi rmation, the
display will briefl y show the updated quantity
of fl uid in the selected tank.

The display will then prompt “REFILL
FLUID TANK ?”.
Select the tank to be
refi lled by using one of the four fl uid selector
keys on the console. After selection, the fl uid
type (such as 5W20) will appear on line 2. You
can still edit the selection by pressing another
fl uid key. Then press “ENTER” to continue.

The display will then prompt “AMOUNT
BEING ADDED?”.
Edit the numerical value
on line 2 to match the number of gallons (or
liters) added to the tank. Then press “ENTER”
to continue.

take, press “NEW” to return to “SPECTRUM
100, IDLE” .

Begin with the program at home position:
“SPECTRUM 100, IDLE”. Press the three-
key simultaneous entry for management rou-
tines (“NEW”+”ENTER”+”STATUS”)

The next prompt will ask you to choose
the required management activity: Use
the scroll-arrow keys to select “TANK
REFILL”, then press “ENTER”.
This is a good time to verify the tank level
with a gauge measurement. If the stored
quantity in Spectrum memory is incorrect,
use the “FLUID IDENTIFICATION” proce-
dure to correct the amount.

The next prompt will ask you to choose
the required management activity: If you
wish to record a refi ll into another tank, select
“TANK REFILL”, then press “ENTER”.
Or select “EXIT” and then press “ENTER” to
return to the “SPECTRUM 100, IDLE” dis-
play.
