Begin with the program at home position:
“SPECTRUM 100, IDLE”. Press the three-
key simultaneous entry for management rou-
tines (“NEW”+”ENTER”+”STATUS”)

The next prompt will ask you to choose
the required management activity:
“SCROLL” to highlight “SYSTEM TEST”, then
press “ENTER”.

The next prompt will display “SYSTEM
TEST MENU, EXIT”. Scroll to the right
to highlight “LOAD FACTORY SETTINGS,
YES”, then press “ENTER”.

The display will change to “CLEAR ALL
PARAMETERS, YES”. Press “ENTER”
to continue.

The display will change to “INITIALIZED”
on the fi rst line. Cycle the power switch
“OFF” and then “ON”.

On restoring power, the system will dis-
play “SPECTRUM 100 IDLE”. The con-
sole is now ready for other operations.

An incorrect key sequence can
disrupt Spectrum programming,
or require a lengthy re-setup. You
may press NEW to escape the
routine at any time.

If the system setup programming has
been previously saved to backup memory
in the air smart controller (per procedure
SP6), it will no longer match that backup due
to initialization. This message prompts to do
one of the following: a) download a previous
system setup from the Air SC using SP6 or
b) be sure and complete a new backup using
SP6
after all new setup programming has
been completed.
