factor (pulses per gallon) for each meter into
Spectrum

operating software will result in
substantial dispense quantity errors.
7
Next, enter the meter calibration factor for
the impulse meter measuring the selected
fl uid, in pulses per gallon (PPG). The default
for the model 3120-103 impulse meter is
0390 PPG. Then press “ENTER” to con-
tinue.
8
Next, enter the desired unit of measure

gallon. Then press “ENTER” to continue.
10
Next, enter the fl uid capacity (in gallons
or liters) of the tank where the selected
fl uid is stored. Then press “ENTER” to con-
tinue.
11
Next, enter the fl uid low level limit (in
gallons) for the selected fl uid.
In oper-
ation, fl uid use will automatically trigger a
low level prompt message on the display

selected amount.
Press “ENTER” to con-
tinue.
12
Finally, enter the current amount of
fl uid stored (in gallons or liters) in the
reservoir of the selected fl uid. Then press
“ENTER” to continue.
The program will either loop back to gather
information on the next fl uid, or, if all fl uid
set-ups are complete, will return you to the
“SETUP FUNCTIONS” scroll menu.
13
The next prompt will return you to the
setup screen and ask you to select a
type of set-up function: “SCROLL” to select
“EXIT”, then press “ENTER”.
14
The next prompt will ask you to
choose the required management
activity: “SCROLL” to select “EXIT”, then
