Alarm: Low Humidity
Fault
code: Cause
Solution
1401
System has been standing still do to alarm or system stopped,
causing the Rh% to drop below minimum alarm limit.
•
Lower minimum alarm limit, and restart unit until the zone is up and
running. Set back limit when zone %RH is up again.
1402
Setpoint has been set below low humidity alarm.
•
Adjust setpoint and alarm limit.
- Setpoint to the calculated demand.
- And alarm limit so that it will catch no signal as minimum.
1403
Sensor or wiring to sensor is broken.
•
Try to replace the sensor with a sensor from another zone, to see if
the problem follows the sensor, or stays in the zone. Remember to
put the sensors back as each zone can have offset adjustment to the
specific sensor.
- Replace the sensor if the problem followed the sensor.
- Go through the wiring if the problem stayed in the zone.
Alarm: High Flow
Fault
code: Cause
Solution
1501
There is a leakage in one of the zones.
•
Do a visual inspection in all zones before restarting the system.
•
Start one zone at the time and compare the flow value with flow
limit. Both value are available in the display.
•
Redo flow test if there are no leakage in the zone.
1502
Non return valve or pressure relief valve is defect. Causing the
high-pressure hose to be emptied when the zone is standing still.
When the zone is starting will the pump ramp up above allowed
flow limit longer than the alarm delay time, causing flow alarm.
•
Stop all zones.
•
Start them one at the time, until pump speed is stable. Stop it and
see that the pressure is relief to drain, and that the valve is closing
after a few sec. if it continues to run, replace valves.
•
Redo flow test all zones.
1503
Flow test has been performed without all nozzle working, after
test the missing capacity has been turned on - atomizer ball valve,
causing the flow to go above limit.
•
Ensure that all nozzles are working as they should.
•
Ensure that the nozzle type is the right capacity.
•
Redo flow test.
1504
By-pass is adjusted wrong, causing a low amount of water to be
bypassed during operation, creating a total flow higher than the
flow limit.
•
Redo by-pass adjustment.
•
Redo flow test, and compare with old flow values. If they are smaller
the problem is solved.
•
If not, the by-pass may be defect, but check 1505 and 1506 before
replacing by-pass.
1505
Solenoid valve defect to drain or unable to close.
•
Stop all zones.
•
Check one zone at the time.
1. That there is no water running to drain during operation.
2. That only the zone asked to start is atomizing / spraying water.
•
If water is running to drain during operation replace the zone valve.
•
If water is spraying in another zone, replace the zone in the zone that
shouldn’t be spraying.
1506
Defect or leaking valve in high-pressure pump. Defect valve or
bypass, will make the flow value variate from test to test.
•
Replace valve kit.
Alarm: High Flow / No Water
Fault
code: Cause
Solution
1601
Lack of supply water. Pump is going to maximum speed + alarm
delay time, and stop the system to protect against leakage, and dry
run of the high-pressure pump.
•
Check the water supply line before HydroSens.
- RO system status. If in alarm, follow troubleshooter for RO.
- Softener water sample.
- Filter elements.
- Pressure on filter house.
- If supply pressure is ok, follow fault code 1501 - 1506.
