Alarm LED is defect.
•
System is in alarm, but alarm LED is defect, no light.
- Check if PLC output 07 is ON or blinking.
- Replace LED if it is.
Water tank overflow

Solution
1001
Solenoid valve water inlet is defect, and do not close when tank is
full. Production pump will be stopped, and output 02 LED is off.
•
Check that PLC output 02 is off.
•
Close the supply water line. The water flow to tank should stop after
shortly after.
•
If it does, replace valve.
1002
Top sensor is defect or blocked, so the production pump continues
to produce water waiting for the top sensor to give the “stop signal“.
•
Check if PLC input 03 is OFF.
- Off = Replace sensor.
