Check tank level switches.
•
In operation mode check that the switches har normal function.
•
Tank with 2 sensors:
- When the water drops below the low sensor, the RO should start its cycles.
- When the water reaches the top sensor, the cycles should stop after 45 sec.
•
Tank with 3 sensors:
- When the water drops below the middle sensor, the RO should start its cycles
- When the water reaches the top sensor, the cycles should stop after 45 sec.
- If the water drops below the lowest sensor the booster pump from the
permeate tank should be deactivated
- The booster pump should only start 50 sec. after the water has reached the
lowest sensor.
- If the top sensor is active but not the middle or lowest sensor – the system
should go in alarm mode.

Check for leaks.
•
Check all connection are tight.
•
Leave it for 10 min and come back all should be dry.
Check UV light.
•
Shut down booster pump.
- On the fuse in RO control.
•
Untighten the fitting that holds the UV light in place.
•
Lift the lamp out carefully.
•
Check that the lamp is still active by led on powersupply green ok.
•
This lamp should be replaced every 12 months.
•
Reassemble and start the pump again.
•
This type of light contains mercury, and should be disposed of accordingly
to local rules.
Check hydrofore tank - if installed.
•
Check the performance of the hydrofore by checking the pressure after the
hydrofore tank.
- If the booster pump is stopped and the high pressure pump is consuming
water, the pressure should slowly drop and the booster pump should start
up again when pressure drops to 1.5 bar.
- If the pressure drops instantly – check the pressure at the hydrofore by
measuring the pressure at the designated position on the hydrofore.
Check dosing system, conductivity dosing - if installed.
•
Close off the water for the dosing tank
•
Check the level of fluid in the tank
•
Check that there is a consumption
•
Check that the conductivity is stabile at the right level
