Alarm: No Water
Fault
code: Cause
Solution
-ALARM-
No Water
101
Inlet water pressure is < 1 bar. System is stopping after time delay
to protect production pump.
•
Reset Alarm and go to the information page:
•
If the “Water In” changes from OK to Fault during production
constant or switching between ok/fault, the inlet pressure is on the
limit or below minimum demand.
•
Check: water supply line before the RO:
- Manometer on filter house.
- Filter element.
- Softener system.
- Water pressure before first filter.

102
Valve water inlet is not opening. No water can enter the system,
causing the pump to vibrate and make metallic noise. Membrane
pressure cannot build up, and will stay close to 0 bar.
•
Turn off pump fuse F2 off.
•
Reset alarm.
•
Check that “valve in” in display is OPEN.
•
Check if membrane pressure slowly rises to inlet pressure, and you if
you have water flow to drain, check drain outlet fittings on cabinet
side.
•
Check if coil gets magnetic if you try and take it off the valve. Do not
leave the coil off with power on.
•
Check supply voltage in plug on the coil. If no power check wiring.
1. If power is ok, but coil doesn’t get magnetic, replace coil
2. If coil get magnetic, but valve still not opening, replace valve
103
Pressure switch adjusted wrong, or defect.
•
Prepare the pressure switch by taking off the rubber cap, and find a
screwdriver that fits.
•
Reset alarm.
•
When the pump start, slowly turn the screw CCW until the “Water
in” changes from Fault to OK. Never adjust it to a pressure less than
0,5 bar.
•
If the pressureswitch is not responding replace it.

-ALARM-
External
201
External alarm signal is activated.
•
System cannot be started or reset before External source is OK again.
•
Possible external sources:
- External low water pressure alarm
- External hardness alarm. Provides signal if hard water occur in
supply water line.
- Customer external machinery
