Permeate tank sensor defect. As the tank always is filled from
bottom and up, the feedback signal from tank sensor should come
in same order. If the feedback says that the tank if full, but no water
at the low level sensor then the system stops.
•
Check the water level in sensor, to see which sensor should be active.
•
Check input led on the PLC.
- 2 sensors:
Low sensor input 02.
Top sensor input 03.
- 3 sensors:
Low sensor input 01.
Middle sensor input 02.
Top sensor input 03.

Solution
101
Supply water pressure is less than pressure switch setting, causing
the system to stop to protect the production pump.
•
Reset system.
- The solenoid valve inlet will open, and pressure inlet slowly rise
on water pressure manometer. if not, go to 103
- After 45 sec the production pump start. Keep an eye on plc input
00. If it´s blinking or off, the water pressure is too low, and system
stops 15 sec. after pump start.
102
Pre-filter is blocked.
•
Check pressure on the pressure gauge at full load.
•
Replace filter element if it’s blocked or dirty.
•
Recheck the pressure.
•
If the raw water supply line pressure is to low.
•
Contact customer or add a booster pump.

103
Solenoid valve water inlet not opening.
•
Reset alarm.
•
Check power supply to the valve.
•
If supply voltage is OK, but valve not opening, replace the valve and coil.
•
If you don’t have supply voltage. Check that PLC output 03 is on.
- OFF = Valve is not asked to open, check water level and level
sensors (code 201)
- On = Valve is asked to open, check wiring from output to valve.
