No supply power to the unit.
Check that the unit is ok, and turn the power back on. Press F3 to reset,
and F1 to start.

System is in alarm.
Check possible cause and solution to the specific alarm. Code 1200 - 2000.

Actual humidity and temperature is OK.
System is OK. No action needed.

External stop is active.
Zone is setup to stop when external stop is active. Zone in standby until
external stop allows the zone to start again.

Zone not activate, and are not responding to the start signal.
Check that all zone is activated to the type of control they are intended.

Electrical motor defect/blocked or there is a loose connection in
electric wiring between inverter and motor.

Check Amp output from display menu to see if the Amp. is higher
than motor plate max limit. If so, check:
1. Wiring from inverter to motor.
2. If wiring is ok, replace motor/pump kit.

Defect pressure transmitter. Pressure transmitter is shorted, telling
the freq. inverter to go to minimum.
Check the pressure feedback signal in display. Try to disconnect feedback
wire from transmitter and see if inverter goes to maximum speed. If so,
replace transmitter.

Electrical wiring is wrong.
Step by step check of all connections. External start and stop signals,
input and output freq. inverter.

Inlet water pressure is below or above pump min/max limit.
Boost or reduce pressure until it is within pressure range from datasheet.

Pump leaking water between crank house and brass pump head.
Low pressure seal is leaking. Sealing kit is a spare part that should
be replaced according to service guide.
Replace grooved seal both low-pressure, brown and high-pressure,
black.

Ceramic piston has a defect “crack“
Replace all 3 pistons.

Pump is worn out, or both pump and motor is worn out.
Replace pump. Replace motor and pump if shaft assembly is damaged.

System is supplied with water that has a quality outside our
specified range. This will shorten the life time of the pump.
Check supply water sample from connection point to determent if action
is needed to improve the quality.
Pump leaking oil

Pump is overfilled with oil.
Reduce the oil level. Oil level on picture is correct level.

Pump is leaking oil due to a defect in the pump.
Replace pump. Replace motor and pump if shaft assembly is damaged.
Check that temperature switch is working before starting up the new
pump. Switch is off at 65 °C and on lower than 45 °C
