Zone not starting
Fault
code: Cause
Solution
401
Power to the unit is off.
•
Turn the power back on.
402
System is in alarm.
•
Check possible cause and solution to the specific alarm. Code 1200 - 2000.
403
%RH is higher than the setpoint.
•
If the setpoint is correct the zone should not start before %RH falls to
”setpoint - hysteresis” or do to hygiene cycle.
404
Value from sensor is higher than the setpoint.
•
See 403.
405
•
Zone is not activated.
•
Zone is activated to external control, but should run on sensor.
•
Zone is activated to sensor, but should run on external signal.
•
Activate the zone by following the startup guide.
•
Change the control from external to sensor.
•
Change the control from sensor to external.
406
1. External start not activated.
2. Zone control is set to sensor by mistake.
1. Check the external equipment that should supply the signal. Check
wiring and external source.
2. See 405.
407
•
External stop signal is active.
•
External NC / NO signal is opposite.
•
External start delay time still on.
•
Check if activation of the stop signal is Ok. Follow electric diagram.
•
Check if the external signal should be on or off, to be active. Change
if needed.
•
Wait until delay timer is done. From display menu, you can change
the delay time as low as possible during test. Change it back after test.
408
Atomizer ball valve is closed.
•
Open valve and check nozzles are preforming correctly.
•
Replace nozzles if needed.
409
3/2 solenoid valve is not opening.
•
Check that the zone is asked to run. An active zone has a ° in front on
zone overview page on the display.
•
Measure that you have 200 V DC in the coil connection plug.
•
Check that you have 230 V AC out to the valve from the HydroSens.
•
No power = defect rectifier in plug. Replace plug/cable.
•
If power is ok, replace coil.
•
Replace the complete valve in case power and coil is ok.

410
Plc output relay defect.
•
If there is no power out from the PLC, and the zone, in zone overview,
is indicating that it should be on, the plc is defect.
•
Contact Airtec with system serial no and customer name to ensure
we supply you with the right PLC/software.
Pump on, no water sprayed
Fault
code: Cause
Solution
501
Solenoid valve 3/2 not open.
•
See 409.
502
Atomizer Ball valve is closed on atomizer.
•
See 408.
503
All nozzles are blocked.
•
Replace nozzle.
504
Zone that is not in use, has been activated
•
Deactivate zone.
505
Defect pressure transmitter, showing wrong pressure value,
causing the pump to run at low speed not building up pressure.
•
Stop the unit and wait 5-10 minutes. The pressure in display should
show the water inlet pressure now. If the value is frozen, not
changing, or if it doesn’t ramp up when starting, replace transmitter.

506
Bypass defect or incorrectly adjusted. Pump will go to high speed/
RPM, and go into alarm after delay time.
•
Run bypass adjust procedure and try and start the system in normal
operation again.
•
Replace and adjust new bypass if adjustment of existing bypass
didn’t help.
507
Pump defect. Pump will run with high RPM and go into alarm if
flow alarm is activated.
•
Replace pump.
•
If pump / motor shaft connection is damage, or unable to take apart
from pump, replace both motor and pump.
