Condensing/ Water on the floor
Fault
code: Cause
Solution
201
See 101.
See 101.
202
•
Fan not spinning, so the water mist is cooling the ambient air
and falls like fine rain.
•
Fan spinning slow.
•
Fan grid “air inlet“ is blocked.
•
Check power supply, and fuses.
•
Check fan start/stop relay if installed. If relay is not turning on,
replace it. If relay is on but no power output, replace relay.
•
Check that fan can spin free. Clean housing and fan.
•
Check capacitor. Replace if defect.
•
Replace fan and capacitor.
203
Turbulence in ambient air, causing the atomizer to suck its own
water vapor, so it condenses on the atomizer
•
Look for crosswind / air flow from open windows, gates, air inlet or
caused by difference in the pressure between 2 rooms.
- Eliminate the cause.
- Blind the nozzle pointing against the ambient airstream if
capacity allow.
- If problem occur shortly after a new installation or changes in
the room conditions, relocate the spray direction or reposition
the unit.
204
Atomized water hitting and condense on other objects.
•
Blind the nozzle if capacity is ok.
•
Adjust the nozzle direction.
•
Reposition the atomizer.

207
Room temperature to low, causing the atomized water to
evaporate to slow, and fall as fog rain, or condensate.
1. Look out for reasons to temperature drop e.g. open gates, skylights
etc. eliminate the problem.
2. Check ventilation and heat control for lower night temperature.
if they have lower night temperature, or ventilation is stopped at
night time. Adjustment of capacity, splitting zone in smaller area or
changes in ambient condition may be needed.
3. If problem occur shortly after a new installation or changes in the
room conditions, relocate the spray direction or reposition the unit.
4. Adjust system capacity to the new ambient temperature.
208
Sensor position is wrong.
a. Position does not represent the avg. conditions.
b. Sensor position in a hot location.
c. Sensor position in airstream from another room then the
nozzles are atomizing.
1. Observe if the sensor is positioned near gates/doors/windows or
ventilation systems.
2. Ensure that the sensor is not position in airstream from heater or air
inlet.
3. Relocate the sensor to a representative location.
209
If the sensor signal is incorrect this will result in a higher/lower
humidity than required.
1. See 208.
2. Check sensor wiring in both sensor, junction boxes and control.
3. Check sensor accuracy with a calibrated meter / digital humidity
sensor.
4. Offset adjust < ± 5% if needed.
5. Replace sensor.
210
The setpoint is set to high.
•
Lower the setpoint.

Atomizer fan not running
Fault
code: Cause
Solution
301
If ventilator start/stop is installed, then the fans should only run
when water is sprayed .
1. Check fuse to atomizer.
2. Check fan when zone is spraying water.
3. Check that the fan can move free / clean it.
4. Check power out from pump unit.
5. Replace start/stop relay to the zone.
6. Check power at the unit.
7. Check for incorrect wiring or faulty electrical connections.
8. Replace defect fan and capacitor.
302
•
Zone is supplied with fan start/stop relay.
•
No supply power.
•
Fan and capacitor is defect.
•
See 301.
303
No power measured at the atomizer.
•
See 301.
