101
Water tank empty
Fault
code: Cause
Solution
501
Tank level sensor defect or jammed.
•
Inspect the sensor through tank top.
•
Measure if the switch is ON or OFF.
•
Or check I/O on PLC.
•
Replace sensor if defect.
OFF
ON
502
Solenoid valve water in defect.
•
Check manometer when system is asked to start production.
•
If manometer is not showing inlet pressure, check supply voltage to
inlet valve.
•
No supply voltage in plug = check plc output
•
If voltage is ok, replace Valve and coil
503
24 V AC transformer is defect.
•
Measure output voltage from transformer.
504
Water demand is higher than production capacity.
•
See 402.
505
Membrane is worn out or defected.
•
Replace the membrane.
Water tank overflow
Fault
code: Cause
Solution
601
Tank level sensor defect or jammed.
•
See 501.
602
Solenoid valve water in defect.
•
Valve is unable to close.
- Close the supply water.
- If the flow to tank stop after short time, the valve is defect.
- Replace inlet Solenoid valve.
Transport pump CM3 unable to maintain pressure
Fault
code: Cause
Solution
401
Air in supply pump caused by empty tank.
•
Check that water level is above minimum sensor again.
- Relief the air with air relief valve.
- Reset PM2 and check that the pump goes up to 3-3,5 bar when
there is no water demand, and stop after 15 sec.
402
Water demand is bigger than what the pump can supply.
•
Remove all water demands from the RO system. Let the system
produce permeate water until the level is just above minimum
sensor.
•
Startup all zones and external equipment so you run with max
load, and observe if the membrane can keep up, or if water level is
lowering during permeate production.
1. Reduce the output max flow.
2. Add extra water / pump capacity.
403
Pump or PM2 is defect.
•
Replace.
