High pressure system.
•
Go through the settings, and external controls to ensure that all zones are:
- Activated
- Have the right setpoints
- Hygienic settings
- External stop signal
- External stop settings
- Hygienic interval setting
10
Atomizer.
•
Check all zones for hose lines or atomizers that has been blinded or
closed. Look for ”dead arms”
•
Go through all lines and atomizers and check that all nozzles are
spraying, and that, no units or nozzles has been moved, without
removing the hose line not in use.
This is done, to ensure that all changes has been
made in a way so that ”dead arms” are eliminated.
11
Flush the system.
•
Raise the setpoint if possible and let it run so all water in the line is
flushed through.
•
If that is not possible. Flush one zone at the time to drain.
- Stop all zones.
- Add a hose at the connection point furthest from the pump.
- Deactivate the flow alarm.
- Start the zone where the hose is connected.
- Let it run 60 sec. per 100m 10mm hose.
- Stop the zone and disconnect hose again.
- Repeat this to all zones.
- Set all settings back to normal and take a new water sample.
•
This is done to ensure that the system is brought
back to normal, after checking all conditions and
components are working the way they should, as a
final flush through with clean water.
•
If the water report after this, still show negative
result, a hygienic deinfection can be performed.
