VP - 6.4 Mixing Contact Sensor Check/Adjustment

Purpose: Perform this procedure to verify and adjust the Tube Contact Sensor Position and
Sensitivity (

Figure 3-45

) .

1. Remove all Racks from Sample Loader.

2. Put Sample Loader in Manual Mode.

a. Press and Hold MAN and START.

b. Turn Power ON, hold keys down until BEEPING stops.

3. Set BAR (1/0) Switch to 1.

4. Ensure Mix Paddle(s) move Up/Down freely. Push up with finger, Paddle should not stick.
