Alarm 4 (b)
X Origin and Limit Sensors BOTH ON at Power On.
(X Transport Home and Limit Sensors both active during
initialization of Sample Loader.)
Alarm 4 (c)
Mixing Paddle’s Origin and Position Sensors BOTH ON at Power
On.
Alarm 4 (d)
Mixing Paddle’s Origin and Limit Sensors BOTH ON at Power On.
Alarm 4 (e)
X Home Sensor Failure.
Time-out in an attempt to drive X-axis mechanism to/from its origin.
A test performed during initialization and Run where the particular
mechanism is moved slightly past a particular sensor then back
and forth several times. The Sensor operation is verified each
time.
Alarm 4 (f)
Y Home Sensor Failure.
Time-out in an attempt to drive Y-axis mechanism to/from its origin.
A test performed during initialization and Run where the particular
mechanism is moved slightly past a particular sensor then back
and forth several times. The Sensor operation is verified each
