Inspecting, mechanical stops
Use this procedure to inspect the additional mechanical stops.
Note Action
DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.

Shown in figure Location of
mechanical stops on page 161 .
Make sure no additional stops are damaged. 2
Make sure the stops are properly attached. 3
Correct tightening torque, additional mechanical
stops:
• Axis 1 = 120 Nm.
Article number is specified in
Required equipment on page 162 .
If any damage is detected, the mechanical stops must
be replaced.
Correct attachment screws:
• Axis 1: M12 x 40, quality 12.9.
• Axis 2: M16 x 50
• Axis 3: M16 x 60
