0 Running 1 = The user data logger is running. The bit is cleared after the post-trigger
time has passed.
1 Triggered 1 = The user data logger has been triggered. The bit is cleared when the
logger is restarted.

not cleared because the data is saved to the memory unit.
3 Configured 1 = The user data logger has been configured. Note that the bit is not
cleared because the configuration data is saved to the memory unit.
