16.1.2.3 To define the options related to the new vendor class
This option is used by clients and servers to exchange specific distributor information. The definition
of this option is specific to this distributor. A server that is not programmed to reply to a "Specific
Vendor Information" request sent by a client will ignore it. The type of distributor is indicated in the
"Class identifier" option.
The format used is RFC 2132
