Optional accessories
If your network does not provide 802.3af compliant in-line power, you need to install the supplied
AC adapter or the PoE inline power injector (optional accessory).
A PoE inline power injector supplies 48v power to the 51i, 53i, 55i and 57i through the Ethernet
Cable on pins 4 & 5 and 7 & 8. Do not use this adapter to supply power to other appliances. Use
only for SIP phones 51i, 53i, 55i and 57i.
Nota :
A PoE terminal (like 51i, 53i, 55i, 57i) has to support Power over Ethernet via the active
wire-pairs (1-2, 3-6) and via the inactive wire-pairs (4-5, 7-8)
