Chapter 14 OSPF Configuration

Refer to below procedure for configuration of OSPF virtual links.

Router Command Line Interface has been accessed.

OSPF is running on a network as described in above basic
OSPF configuration.
1. For virtual link configuration, use area <area-id> virtual-
link <router-id> [hello-interval <seconds>] [retransmit-
interval <seconds>] [transmit-delay <seconds>] [dead-
interval <seconds>] [authentication-key <key>] [message-
digest-key <keyid> md5 <cryptkey> [delay <time>]]
command in OSPF route mode as shown in Table 248.
