Example:
Create VFI

and configure the parameters such as vcid

and peer. Configure the loopback at PE1

IGP protocol such as OSPF protocol between PE1

Enable mpls in the global configuration mode, this also needs to
enable on interface such as fei_1/2 at PE1, fei_2/1 and fei_2/2
at P, fei_3/1 at PE2.
Configure target-session in PE1 and PE2
