If you know the type of fonts you wish to install, select the correct format under the Font
Format option and clear the other types to speed up the index operation. Select the correct
folder to search and click the “Search Now” button to build the index and add the fonts. All
the fonts found will be displayed in the window. You can then select specific fonts and click
the Install button or you can click on Install All to install all the displayed fonts.

Keep in mind that you must first install any TrueType fonts in Windows before you can install
them into Vision Pro. The other font types can be accessed by Vision Pro directly and can
be on the hard drive or on a CD-ROM. If you install fonts to be accessed directly from a
CD-ROM, the CD will need to be in the CD-ROM drive when running Vision Pro.

Font Menu

– This is where you will select the fonts you

wish to use while creating a layout for engraving. To access this drop down font menu, click
in the area where the font name is displayed or the down arrow button to the right of the font
name window. When you click in this area you will see a drop down menu that looks similar
to the following:
