Warranty of the device after delivery 

 

1. The warranty period of the device is described in product specifications. The device will be repaired 

free of charge during the warranty period if failure due to design deficiencies or defective of 

workmanship has occurred. However, if the case corresponds to any of the following items (a to f), 

seller and manufacturer disclaims implied warranties. 

a)  Failure based on the force majeure (e.g. typhoons, earthquakes, lightning, war, rebellion, revolution 

etc.) 

b) Failure due to device or parts that is not provided by the manufacturer (e.g. power supply, cable, 

etc.) 

c)  Failure resulting from repair or modification by anyone other than the manufacturer. 

d) Failure due to the harsh conditions that exceed predetermined environmental conditions for 

transport or storage, which is indicated by the manufacturer in this manual. 

e)  Failure caused by use or storage in a corrosive atmosphere. 

f)  Failure caused by improper handling or operation by user. 

2. Warranty set forth in this paragraph, is only guaranteed by the manufacturer. In any case, the 

manufacturer will not be responsible for secondary damage, due to delivery device malfunction, or 

poor performance. 

3. When the device has failed, please contact the seller. 

4. If there is a problem with the device, please contact the seller and inform specifically about the 

description of the problem, model name, and serial number. If you have a schematic or data, please 

also send them. 

5. Failed device may or may not be repaired for free. We will judge based on the results of our 

investigation.
