Column

Description

Run Plan

The unique name of the run plan given when it was created in the software. Click the link to

open the Run Metrics screen for the run. Run-level plugin results can also be viewed here.

Sample Name

The unique identifier created when the sample was entered into the software. Click the link

to open the QC results screen for the sample, from which sample-level summary results can

be accessed, as well as results for detected SNVs/Indels, fusions, and CNVs, as applicable.

Run metrics and sample-level plugin results can also be selected and viewed.

Assay

The assay or assays selected when creating the run plan. Click the assay name to display the

details of the assay.

Run/Sample Status

The status of the run or sample (for example: Not Started, Pending, Running, Completed,

Terminated, Archival: InProgress).

Note:

A plugin icon in this column indicates that the execution of a plugin is in progress for

the run.

·

A warning icon in this column alerts you that a block failure has occurred on the chip.

Hover over the icon to identify the affected block or blocks.

QC Status

The QC status of a completed run (for example: Passed, Failed, Not Set).

Started On

The date and time when the run analysis was started.

Last Updated On

The date and time when the last action was completed on the run.

Actions

Click the appropriate link. To see more actions, click (Expand).

• Audit—View the audit trail for the run plan.
• CSA—Download customer support archive (CSA) log files for the run to aid in

troubleshooting.

• Info—View information related to a run (run plan row) or a sample (sample row).
• Lab Report—Download the Lab Report (available only in a sample row) for each sample

in the run.

• Notes—View or add notes to a run.
• Rerun Plugin—Relaunch a plugin (available only in the run plan row).
• Upload Samples to Ion Reporter
