Use the Filter Options dialog box to limit the displayed variants.
You can click links to view variants that are Filtered In or Filtered Out. You can

also select a chromosome from the drop-down list to limit the displayed variants

to one chromosome.

Select a filter chain.

In the Filter Chains list, select a filter chain. Selecting No Filter removes

filter chains from the assay.
The list of results changes to reflect the selected filter chain.

b.

(Optional) Click Save Filter Chain to associate the filter chain with the assay.
The filter chain is applied by default to all results that use the assay.

Create a new custom filter chain.

a.

In Filter Chains, click (New) to open the Create Filter Chain dialog box.

In Name, enter a name for the new filter chain.

c.

(Optional) In Description, enter a description for the filter chain.

d.

From the Choose Filter list, select a filter, then define the filter parameters.
