To add an annotation set, click (Assay)

Manage Presets

Annotation

Sets, then click Add New.

Click Summary in the upper right corner to review settings at each step. Click

Summary again to hide the menu of steps.

In the Reagent step, confirm or select names of library, barcode, template,

sequencing, and control kits, then select or enter values for template size and

sequencing flows, if different from the prepopulated values. Click Next.

Note:

If you select Other AmpliSeq from the Library Kit dropdown list, the

Barcode Kit dropdown list includes barcodes sets, such as IonCode

™

and Ion

Xpress

™

barcodes, that are compatible with manually or Ion Chef
