The system tracks and checks user, sample, workflow, reagents and QC metrics for
auditable records. If the software detects an error at any step—for example, a scanned
barcode is inconsistent with the information given for the run—the software alerts the
user and does not proceed with the run.
Only administrator-level users can create user accounts.
After account creation, the Genexus
™
Integrated Sequencer automatically sends an
email to the new user with the user name and password information.
• To request a new account, contact your local administrator.
• To sign in to a new account for the first time:
a.
Open the Genexus
™
Software, then enter your username and password.
b.
Press Enter, or click Sign In.
c.
Click Accept to accept the End User Software License Agreement.
