rolls back to 1 at the start of each new ensemble and increments by one for
each new ping within an ensemble.

Sentinel V ADC Data
The Sentinel V ADC data refers to the dynamic ADCP data associated with the system hardware and firm-
ware configurations. The ADCP always sends this data as output data (LSBs first).
