ENGINE

COOLING FAN COVER

• Install the cooling fan cover.
• Pass the generator lead wire

through the slot of the cooling

fan cover.

• Clamp the generator lead wire.

CLUTCH COVER

• Install the dowel pins

and new gasket

• Install the clutch cover.

NOTE:
Install the wire clamp with the bolt

INTAKE PIPE

• Install the clamps as shown.

NOTE:
Be sure to use the twist-off bolts

OIL PUMP GEAR

• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” onto the oil pump gear,

and then install it.
