• Remove the throttle cable

• Remove the screw.

• Disconnect the speedometer cable

• Disconnect the speedometer lead wire coupler

• Remove the rear handlebar cover

along with the speedom-

eter assembly.

REMOUNTING

Remount the handlebar covers and wind screen in the reverse
order of removal. Pay attention to the following points.
• Install the handlebar right switch.

NOTE:
Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the throttle grip and end
of the throttle cable.

99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”

• Insert the projection

into the hole of the handlebars.

• Fit the rubber seals

correctly.
