INSPECTION

FORK SPRING

Measure the fork spring free length. If the fork spring free length
is shorter than the service limit, replace the fork spring with a
new one.

Front fork spring free length
Service Limit: 267 mm

INNER AND OUTER TUBES

Inspect the inner tube sliding surface and outer tube sliding sur-
face for any scuffing or damage. If any damages are found, re-
place the inner and outer tubes with new ones.

DAMPER ROD RING

Inspect the damper rod ring

for wear or damage. If it is worn or

damaged, replace it with a new one.
