CLUTCH SHOE/MOVABLE DRIVEN FACE
DISASSEMBLY
If the engine speed (r/min) does not coincide with the specified
engine speed (r/min) range, disassemble the clutch shoe/mov-
able driven face as follows.
• Loosen the clutch shoe nut using the special tool.

• Remove the clutch shoe nut

while holding down the clutch
shoe assembly, as shown.

Gradually ease apart the clutch shoe assembly (to
counter the clutch spring force). Quickly releasing the
clutch shoe assembly may cause the parts to fly apart.
