Left Backpressure Enable
Right Backpressure Enable
Left Membrane Force Enbl
Right membrane Force Enbl Enables the backpressure systems.
Disabling causes venting to the atmosphere.
For Carrier X, enables the membrane pressure system.
Disabling causes venting to the atmosphere
Left Backpressure
Right Backpressure
Left membrane Pressure
Right membrane Pressure Sets the backpressure value.
For Carrier X, sets the membrane pressure system value.
(This is the system pressure, not polish force.)
Table 1 Rinse On/Off
Turns the primary table DI water rinse on and off.
Table 2 Rinse On/Off Turns the optional second table DI water rinse on and off.
Slurry 1 Flow Runs the Slurry 1 pump at the selected flow rate.
Slurry 2 Flow Runs the Slurry 2 pump at the selected flow rate.
Slurry 3 Flow Runs the optional Slurry 3 pump (or Pump 3 option pump) at the
selected flow rate.
Slurry 1 Destination
Slurry 2 Destination If the slurry diverter option is installed, the choices None , Table 1 ,
and Table 2 will be available for each slurry system.
NOTE: A slurry pump will not run unless its destination is set to
Table 1 or Table 2 .
Cond #2Arm Up/Down Raises and Lowers the optional secondary table conditioning arm.
Cond #2Arm Move
Moves the optional secondary table arm to the Park, Inner, or Outer
positions. The arm must be up to move to the park position.
