State of the Ethernet port.
•
Element 0: Interface X3A
•
Element 1: Interface X3B
•
Element 2: No function
2: IGB running
Several drive controllers have set up an IGB
network.
The IGB motion bus is not used or cannot be
used.
Possible causes:
•
The IGB motion bus has not been
activated in all subscribers
A119
.
•
The IGB address
A120
has not been
unambiguously set in all subscribers.
•
The IGB nominal number
A121
has not
been correctly parameterized in all
subscribers.
3: IGB-motionbus
The IGB motion bus has been successfully set
up.
Turning on additional drive controllers has no
effect on the existing IGB motion bus n this
status.
4: IGB-Motionbus Error
Status
A155 = 3:IGB Motionbus
was already
reached once and was left due to an error.
Possible causes:
•
An IGB cable was pulled
•
There is a massive EMC fault present
•
The synchronicity of the drive controllers
among each other has been violated
A152
IGB position
version 0
0: single
The drive controller is not connected with any
other IGB subscribers.
1: IGB-internal
The two RJ45 sockets are connected with
other drive controllers.
Additional IGB subscribers are connected on
both sides of the drive controller.
2: gateway-X3A
The drive controller is located on the outer left
end of the IGB.
No valid drive controller is connected to its X3
A socket.
3: gateway-X3B
The drive controller is located on the outer
right end of the IGB.
No valid drive controller is connected to its
X3B socket or more than 32 drive controllers
were connected to each other. In this case the
IGB will be logically complete after the 32nd
drive controller and that status will be
displayed.
