Image recording using the standard probe
14�3 Troubleshooting
Q1: Cannot start the ultrasound system.
A1: Check whether the battery capacity is exhausted, the ultrasound system is connected to the mains supply, or the
main power button is pressed down.
Q2: No images are displayed on the LCD monitor.
A2: Check whether the power supply cable is securely connected.
Q3: The LCD monitor displays abnormal.
A3: Check whether you select the appropriate probe and a compatible exam type, or optimize imaging parameters
correctly. For details, refer to Chapter 6 Acquiring Images.
Q4: The measurement cannot be performed after selecting the
Calc
key on the control panel.
A4: Ensure you press the
Calc
key in the frozen mode.
If the above problems still exist, please contact the Customer Service Department of the manufacturer for help.

Equipment Disposal
You should dispose of the main unit, the probe, the biopsy bracket and other accessories in accordance with local
laws and regulations.
For the detailed disposal information, consult the manufacturer or the local distributor. The manufacturer is not
responsible for any system content or accessories that have been discarded improperly.

Precautions for the Reduction of the Environment Impact
Alliage S/A aims to reach an environmental politics to prompt the supply of the medical product environmental
conscious that continuously minimize the environmental impact and that are more friendly to the environment and
to the human health.
To keep a minimum impact on the environment, observe the following recommendations:

After installation, forward the recyclable materials for the recycling process.
●
During the life circle of the equipment, turn it off when it is not being used.
●
To prevent environmental contamination, the disposal of the protective plastic covers and other consumables
must be according to the normal procedure of the clinic or hospital for biomedical waste.
The biomedical waste comprises nonhigh material susceptible to cause disease or house pathogenic organisms
that must be stored in a yellow bag properly labeled with the symbol of biological hazard, or stored in a container
resistant to perforation, tight and even collection and incineration.
NOTE:
The packaging of the ultrasound system is composed of cardboard and plastic, which are 100% recyclable
materials.

Precautions in Case of Destruction of the System
!
The system must not be disposed of as domestic waste.
To avoid environmental contamination or inappropriate use of the ultrasound system when it is destroyed, they
must be disposed of (according to the current legislation) in an appropriate place. Otherwise, it may contaminate
the environment.
