Plate layout Provide the following information:
 Add reaction mix
 Mark as blank

Defining General Data
In the General Data tab, you can specify the basic information about the plate. Mandatory input
fields are marked with an asterisk. The plate name is required to save a plate.
Note
: Please make sure that selected Plate type corresponds with the entered barcode, if manually
entered. If not matching, it will lead to error on the instrument (error 205).
