Once clicked, a new pop-up window will show up with detailed instruction:

Please follow the steps to properly load the most recent VPF file.

Note

: The structure of the VPF file is a zip file. There is no need to extract it.

When loaded, the QIAcuity Software will refresh all plates and align concentrations using the newly
loaded well-based volumes. The notifications about missing VPF for applicable plates will no longer
be shown.

Note

: In QIAcuity v2.0 or higher, all imported and restored plates will automatically receive the

VPF assignment, if a VPF is loaded in the system.
