Analysis
The QIAcuity Software Suite enables you to analyze plates that have been processed by the
instrument. The following analysis options are available in the software:

Absolute Quantification

Mutation Detection

Genome Editing

Copy Number Variation

Gene Expression
Accessing the analysis environment
To access the Plate Analysis environment:
1. On the Plates Overview page of the Plates environment, search for the plate that you want to
analyze. Alternatively, you can open the Plate Analysis environment. Click the plate name in
the Plates overview, then select
Analyze from the context menu.
2. Note : The plate run must be completed.
3. Click the More icon.
