The measurement result of impedance Z and phase θ

are normal if they are roughly in the

following ranges.

1 MHz or less

Z: 100 Ω±2.0 Ω, θ

: 0° ±2°

10 MHz or less Z: 100 Ω±4.0 Ω, θ

: 0°±10°

36 MHz or less Z: 100 Ω±25.0 Ω, θ

: 0°±20°

Measurements at frequencies above 10 MHz are for supplemental value.
