2.7. General warnings and rules of conduct
In order to avoid any hazardous conditions for people or damage to the machine, adhere strictly to the warnings
and general rules of conduct given here.
CAUTION:
the Manufacturer declines all liability for any damage to property and/or persons caused by
work carried out incorrectly by unqualified, untrained or unauthorised personnel.
CAUTION:
never allow the machine to be used by unauthorised personnel or by untrained personnel
without supervision. Before starting work, each operator must have read this manual in full
and be completely familiar with the position and operation of all the controls and the
characteristics of the machine.
• The operators responsible for running the
machine must be suitably trained to use it safely and
to its best performance level and must be able to work in a comfortable environment that
guarantees the best possible level of safety and hygiene.
• Before using themachine, make sure that any conditions which could jeopardise safety have
been duly eliminated and that there are no operators in the dangerous areas and in the vicinity
of the machine itself.
• Before using the machine, make sure that the walk surfaces, all the guards or other protective
devices are in place and that all safety devices are present and working properly.
• Warn the persons in charge of any irregularities in
machine operation or any problem relating to
the integrity of the machine's safeguards.
• Consult this manual for information on the safety requirements in force and the specific PPE to
be adopted for personal safety; in particular, however, personnel who work on or with the
machine must wear suitable clothing, avoiding or paying due attention to:
• loose clothing;
