Problem

No cooling (increase in the
water temperature in the
circuit).
Check that the liquid flow rate in
the primary circuit meets the
design parameters
Adjust flow rate
Make sure fans are efficient and
check the direction the air flows
through the cooler
Cut the power to the electric fan
and invert two of the three
phases in the power line
Check that there is no recycling
of air from the fan outlet to the
side inlets.

Check that no hot air is being
drawn in from other sources

Check the condition of the
humidifier pack, making sure it is
not damaged, clogged or scaled
up.
Replace the humidifier pack
Check that the heat exchange
battery (fins or tubes) is not
scaled up.

Vibration and/or noise
Check that the cooler is installed
on a flat surface and therefore
that the axis of the motor is
perpendicular to the ground (if
this is not the case, fan
imbalance occurs)
Level the cooler
Check the correct tightening of
the fan to the body of the
machine
Cut power to the fan and check
tightness of all screws
Fan blades broken
or off-balance
