Configuring Motion Detection Alarms
3 Select your configuration:

Select
Off
to disable the current motion alarm instance.
•
Select
On
to enable the current motion alarm instance.
The
Motion Indication Bar
starts indicating when motion is detected on the scene.
The green color indicates that motion is detected but below the threshold
required to trigger the alarm. The red color indicates that motion is detected and
the alarm is triggered: the bar also indicates the amount of motion detected on
the image.

Select
By
Schedule
to enable the current instance following one or more
schedules: select the check boxes corresponding to configured schedules from
the list. The camera applies the configured schedules using the
OR
connector.
Note:
To apply schedules, you must first configure them on the
Schedule
page.
For more information, see “Creating Schedules” on page 74.
4 To edit a detection zone, in the
Motion Region Paint
section, select the
Enable Brush
check box and select the brush size from the list.
5 Click and drag on the image to draw the detection zone. You can also click single
squares to refine the selection.
Note:
Click on a selected square to remove it from the selection.
