Configuring Input Alarms and Output Switches
Configuring Input Alarms and Output Switches
The
Application
sub-menu allows you to configure the two input physical alarms and the
output switch.
To configure input alarms and the output switch
1 On the
Web Setup
home page, under
Recording Management
, click
Events
.
The
Events
page appears.
2 Select the alarm input you want to configure from the
Alarm Switch
list.
3 Select your configuration:
•
Select
Off
to disable the alarm input.
•
Select
On
to enable the alarm input.
•
Select
By
Schedule
to enable the alarm input following one or more schedules:
select the check boxes corresponding to configured schedules from the list. The
camera applies the configured schedules using the
OR
connector.
Note:
To apply schedules, you must first configure them on the
Schedule
page.
For more information, see “Creating Schedules” on page 74.
4 In the
Alarm Type
section, select the default alarm status.
Select
Normal Close
if the alarm is a closed circuit or select
Normal Open
if the alarm
is an open circuit.
