ME6 IR Dome Configuration Guide

Exporting Video Evidence and Static Images
8 Repeat steps 3-7 to configure additional schedules to refine the recording schedules.
Notes:
•
The camera applies the configured schedules using the
OR
connector. For
example: If the first schedule is configured for Monday from 8 AM and for 4 hours,
while the second is configured for Monday from 10 AM and for 6 hours, the camera
records on Monday from 8 AM and for 8 hours.
•
When the ME6 IR Dome is added to a Command Recording Server with the
Shadow Archiving feature enabled, the camera automatically starts local
recording when it is not able to contact the CRS over the network. This process is
independent from the
Recording
page settings and does not follow the
configured schedules.
•
It is also possible to set recording on motion events. This process is independent
from the
Recording
page settings and does not follow the configured schedules.
For more information, see “Configuring Motion Detection Alarms” on page 79.
•
If two schedules overlap (for example:
Schedule 1
is configured from 8AM to 8PM,
while
Schedule 2 is configured
from 7PM to 8AM) the Web Setup always applies
the schedule with a higher priority. The priority is based in descending order
(
Schedule 1
has the highest priority, while
Schedule 10
has the lowest priority).
The schedules appear in the panel and the camera starts recording on the microSDXC
card following the configured schedules.
