1. Measure the brake disc thickness with vernier calipers.
2. If the measurement is less than the allowable limit, replace it.

Brake Plate Wear

1. Measure the brake plate thickness with vernier calipers.
2. If the measurement is less than the allowable limit, replace it.

Stopper Plate Flatness

1. Place the stopper plate on the surface plate.
2. Measure the flatness of stopper plate with a feeler gauge at

four points on a diagonal line.

3. If the measurement exceeds the allowable limit, replace it.
