1.5 - Seeds Distributor: when there is wearing of the seeds discs and the seeds boxes caused by lack of cle-
aning, lack of use of graphite, or use of humid seeds (moisture caused by the seeds treatment).
1.6 - Non Original Parts: when spare parts are used which were not manufactured by JUMIL .
CHAPTER V
HANDLING, MOVEMENT, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
1. JUMIL is not responsible for:
1.1 - Any damages caused by accidents from handling, moving and transportation caused by the operators’
inexperience, imprudence or negligence;
1.2 - Any damages caused by the incorrect or improper storage of the implement;
1.3 - Damage caused by adventitious by natural phenomena.
CHAPTER VI
IMPLEMENT RECEIPT, INCOMPLETE
1. In order to ease and reduce the transportation costs of implement to the fi nal destination, JUMIL accom-
plishes the agricultural implements shipping from its production line, with some component items disassembled from
the implement main body.
2. The disassembled components of the respective implements are according to the characteristics and the
products assembling confi guration, defi ned at the moment of purchase between the salesperson and the buyer.
3. When receiving the implements, the JUMIL Dealer must proceed as follows:
3.1 - Check the components check-list that follows the product, according to the sales confi guration;
3.2 - In the case any divergence is detected among the components that follow the implements and the che-
ck-list, JUMIL Dealers must proceed as follows:
3.2.1 - Elaborate a report of the occurrence containing the implement data: model, serial number, Invoice
number, and describe the missing item, mentioning its code and product description;
3.2.2 - Submit the occurrence report to JUMIL Technical Assistance department, within the term of 20 days
from the product delivery;
3.3 - In the case some item present manufacturing defect, attach to the occurrence report, pictures that prove
the damage to the component and the defect.
3.4 - The farmer, when detecting any divergence among the components that follow the implement and the
checklist, of manufacturing defect of any part or component, must prepare a report submitting it to JUMIL , to solve the
occurrence.
CHAPTER VII
PROCEDURE TO REQUEST WARRANTY
Internal Market:
1.The Warranty Requirement (SG) will be directed primarily to the JUMIL Dealer; if the pendency is not solved,
the interested person will require providences to the technician or sales promoter for the region, or directly to JUMIL
Technical Assistance department.
2.The attendance of the Request for Warranty will be accomplished, immediately, according determination of
the Warranty Term, under the following conditions:
2.1 - Immediate: When the customer requires JUMIL to deliver parts under the emergency regimen, and can
not wait to analyze warranty.
