2.2 - Standard: When the customer sends the damaged part to analyze warranty. In this case, the warranty
must be followed of the due remittance invoice.
3. In the attendance under the condition “Immediate” the “part” will be invoiced with term for 56 days, with
statement of protest with the duplicate, under the warranty condition, since that the replaced product returns to JUMIL
within the term of 30 days for technical analysis, with Warranty Return Invoice.
3.1 - After receiving the “part”, JUMIL will accomplish the technical warranty analysis within 10 days. In the
case the warranty is granted, JUMIL Technical Assistance department will provide the discharge of duplicates before
maturity. In the case the warranty is not granted, the request will be treated according to the item 4, below.
3.2 - Not sending the part to JUMIL within the term for the warranty analysis, will generate the automatic bank
charge of the respective invoice.
4. The non-granting of the warranty will imply the part invoicing.
5. All warranty requests must be submitted to JUMIL Technical Assistance department. For more information,
please contact via telephones, fax or e-mail below.
External Market:
In the case of dome item of the implement present any manufacturing defect during the product warranty
period, that is 6 (six) months, the fi nal customer must immediately communicate the JUMIL Dealer, from which the
implement was purchases.
It is the responsibility of the JUMIL Dealer to perform the maintenance and replacement services of part that
has some manufacturing defect. The part that has some manufacturing defect must be analyzed by JUMIL Dealer, that
has to make the occurrence report, which must contain:
a) Model and serial number of the implement;
b) Model, brand and tractor CV used for the implement traction and operation;
c) Use conditions of the implement (type of ground and topology);
d) Technical report of the occurrence circumstances and opinion of the technician who performed the service;
e) Attach pictures that allow the manufacturing defect identifi cation.
The occurrence report must be submitted to JUMIL Technical Assistance department, at the address below.
Being the Evidenced by the manufacturing defect verifi ed by JUMIL Technical Assistance Department, the
product must be submitted to JUMIL Dealer, without any transportations costs. All other expenses of technical assistan-
ce are the responsibility JUMIL Dealer.
We highlight that warranties will not be granted according to items 2.4 and 2.5 of the Warranty Term, and da-
mages described in the Loss of Warranty.

JUMIL has as purpose the constant improvement of their products, reserving the right of introducing
